Prior to Christmas my order another order was mixed up. Human error I accept that and apologies were made . To save time the other customer & myself did a direct swap. I was informed that I would be reimbursed for my extra postage costs . To date I’m still waiting. I accept mistakes can happen , I was fine with this but I shouldn’t be out of pocket due to their mistake
Ordered before I had read any reviews I then panicked as some of the reviews were not good! I can gladly say that after ordering only 3 days ago my Ugg boots arrived and I couldn’t be more happier considering it’s Christmas week I would say that’s very good customer service
A great shop for designer clothing, always knocks a bit off the price if you get a few items at the same time. Decent shop for such a little area, it’s got the quality of a city centre shop in Manchester or Liverpool.
Brought a stone island sweater didn’t realise at the time but the QR label was cut out making it impossible to resell, why would the label be cut out?
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent out the wrong shoes twice now. Waiting for a full refund.
One of the few shops worth going into st Helen's for. Two floors of mens designer gear, great selection all in a clean, sharp looking space, very well presented. All the brands you would expect to see - Boss, Parajumpers, Stone Island, Paul & Shark plus many more. They have sales through the year and trust me, you can pick up some awesome deals.

Always get looked after wen I go in store great staff great service
They didn't have what my wife was looking for. Not a problem. The reason for the low rating was the disgusting lyrics to the song that was playing as background music. I'm not a prude, in fact I'm a Veteran and I have used language as bad but not in a shop in the town centre.
Been here a few times now, and it's always been a relaxed and happy experience shopping. The staff really good and easy to talk to and will always help you out if you not 100%sure what exactly your looking for.
