Bought a pool cue and got discount on a case. Ladies working there were incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not pushing you to more expensive cues, pointed out the cheapest first and let you choose what was right for you
i have recently had my american pool table recovered by alliance snooker,the standard of workmanship is shocking,the cloth is wavy with and slower than it should be with a slight ripple near one pocket,all the cushions now react differently,the cloth on the cushions are fitted poorly with loose parts on them,underneath the cushions there are stripes and ripples,the joints on the cloth to the middle pocket rails are rubbish,there are grooves at the sides of all the pockets where the cloth was previously fitted,you can see through the joints on the table through to the floor,there is cloth on the insides of the pockets very untidy,there was one loose middle pocket which was loose, now after the fitter has just looked at the table again and done hardly anything the other middle pocket is loose aswell, i will have to tape them up now,i can fit my finger in the gaps at the back of the 2 middle pockets,the one corner pocket is especially bad where there is a big gap between pocket and side rail where you can see the screw and pin,when the fitter left after in his opinion everything is fine with the table he said he had more important things to worry about than a pool table,wish i never heard there name,they have ruined my table
I went in for a snooker cue. I left happy. They have a great selection of cues at price points to match every budget. The advice offered by the lady in the shop was very helpful and she went above and beyond to meet our customer experience expectations. The quality of the cue and case I picked up are second to none and the discount on the case was a nice touch too threw in free chalks also. Would highly recommend for Snooker supplies. I also saw that they have a range of Darts supplies in store too so I will be returning to check those out at some point too. Thank you!
We've had our 7ft pool/dinner table for about a year now. It's a great looking table that we have in the games room of our guest house. It's proved to be well made, solid, and very popular with guests. Very satisfied overall, as the price was competitive and the lead time only about 6 weeks. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

Could not have had a better experience at all! After playing snooker for around 4 months I thought it was time to get my own cue. With very little knowledge on what I needed the gentleman was very happy to help and unbelievably patient; allowing me to try out as many cues as required to find me the right one. They certainly have a lot of knowledge and a clear passion for pool & snooker.
