Wow! Where can I even begin! We bought the groom's suit and also the father of the bride's suit from Groom Liverpool and the service was incredible. From the minute we walked through the door, Vicky was amazing and we knew we were in safe hands. Her attention to detail was outstanding and her friendly nature made it such an enjoyable experience of having these suit's made. So much so, as the bride I insisted on going with the groom to his appointments just so I could chat to Vicky, I felt like I had known her years. She was so lovely! Jacob the groom and my dad both looked amazing on the wedding day. Their suits fit them perfectly and the quality of the suits were fantastic. Both of them received many compliments. Couldn't recommend Groom Liverpool highly enough, thank you for such an unforgettable experience!
Highly recommend Groom Liverpool, we got all our wedding suits from here and the support, guidance and customer service was great throughout. Vicky and her team really looked after us and made the whole process enjoyable and easy.
Recently used Groom for my wedding. From start to finish Vic was amazing! Given my groomsman were scattered across the UK she was so helpful with them popping in across weeks to get measured and even helped get a suit ready to be sent to 1 guy in Italy! The suits I purchased were amazing! Excellent quality and she arranged tailoring as well for us all and everyone was very pleased with how they turned out. Given last minute issues with 1 added suit needed it was no issue for Vic and she sorted instantly. Thank you once again for helping with my special day! I would never hesitate to visit again to purchase another suit!
I used Groom hire in Liverpool for my wedding in May 2018, and the service I received was excellent! The girls were exceptionally friendly, and went out of their way to help locate cravats to match our bridesmaids dresses, and find the best deal for the outfit I wanted. I popped in and phoned up several times in the run up to the wedding, and they were always willing to help. I had no problem with any of the 7 suits I hired. Would recommend to others.
All the staff at The Groom in Liverpool were very helpful and caring with the first and second fittings to my future son in law, his best man, and myself; they also have a very wide range of wedding attire and shoes to choose from. I especially like the fact that once one has had the second fitting the items hired can be taken away one week before the wedding date, and only need to be returned within two days after the wedding. Great service and friendly atmosphere that is much needed to especially keep the groom and guests calm and relaxed during probably the most stressful time of the grooms life :-
A pleasure of an experience from start to finish. Vicky and the team took all the stress out of finding the right suit with good advice and honest feedback. Even the challenge of having a best man arriving less than 24 hours before the wedding from Australia didn’t throw them off their stride, ensuring everyone of us looked and felt the part on the day. I genuinely don’t think we could have been in better hands anywhere else; the team know their stuff and make it happen so smoothly – total super stars!
Used 'Groom' for daughters wedding in August 2018 and the phrase "nothing was too much trouble" applies perfectly to all the people that work there. They thought about everything, every single detail no matter how small and were not afraid to give advice when necessary. They talked me out of the suit I was going to wear and am so glad they did. The quality of the suits is also first class. Groom certainly added to the great occasion and I would highly recommend them.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Got married at the lakes at the weekend with my beautiful wife, our suits looked fantastic! I couldn't of been happier with all the help from the ladies helping us prepare our suits a week before so we could take them up to the lakes with us. My friends and family will certainly be using groom for future business. Thanks again, hopefully our pics will be ready soon and we will email them over to you guys!! Gordon.
DO NOT HIRE YOUR SUIT'S FROM HERE GO ELSE WHERE! Appointments not booked, wrong measurement's taken twice, advised the suit's would be ready five day's before only two out of five were. Went to collect the missing suit's 48 hours before and were told that actually they weren't ready we had to hang around Liverpool for 2 hours until 5.30pm. A member of the bridal party was hospitalised that week and was unable to try his suit prior to the morning of, they know he was taken ill as they spoke to him on the phone, his suit was too big and he had to wear one of his own, we have been refused a refund. A professional company would have had everything right so close to the wedding as it's too late to make adjustments, I have never dealt with a service as abysmal as this there are plenty of suit hire provider's in the North West who are coherent and professional.
