The customer service here is shocking. I washed a pullover once, 30 degrees and it disintegrated in the wash. I hadn’t kept the receipt paper - no email back up which admittedly I should have, but when I returned the jumper and asked if it could be swapped,  I was told the manager would contact me. She didn’t. I followed up a week later and she phoned me back once I missed the call and no answer when I called back. I followed this up by a trip into the shop to be told there is nothing they can do as it isn’t a manufacturing fault apparently. Now if I wanted a refund I would understand or if I was trying to return multiple products, but I simply wanted the jumper swapped it was clearly a faulty product as the string had come out and all the colour had run. Kitted Out should have done this as a goodwill gesture. I will not be dealing with this branch again.

Perfect. Phoned up pre ordered and drove down to collect. Couldn't be easier. Staff remembered me from phone call and were very friendly. Thanks for great service from phone call to collection

Super easy! Knew what I needed, ordered online, collected the next day. The team were rushed off their feet yet super friendly. Daughter tried the blazer on, confirmed the fit and that was it. Collection point very easy to find and convenient too.

Helpful staff. Even though didn't have uniform for sons school in stock they let us try on a different school blazer for size so we could place an order. Manager looked after us well.

Ordered online, delivery was very quick. Needed to exchange a few items as they were too big, staff at the Smithdown shop now Allerton Road were fantastic. Organised everything over the phone for me and rang me when the new sizes were in store for exchange.

Was dreading my school uniform shop but as soon as I walked into Kitted Out I was put at ease. I was served by two lovely members of staff who were really polite and happy; nothing was too much trouble for them! The customer service in this shop is second to none! Will definitely recommend to others.

Went in to swap a fleece pe top an pe t-shirt but got told I can’t swap the top cause the tag fell off how is that my fault? I can’t help that it fell off. The person who served me didn’t listen to anything I said an had a horrible attitude. Worst service I’ve had an had put me off wanting to even go back there. So disappointed
