Screen and theatre was too small in my oppinion, felt like I was in a big living room. Not what I expected from an odeon but other than that the same as any other cinema. Customer service was good which made the experience not so bad.

Nice cinema although there are no chairs to wait if you’re early. There used to be seats at the entrance but have now been taken away. Not very accommodating for those who can’t stand for long periods!

It's a bit old now. Didn't serve coffee.. had to go out and buy it elsewhere. Staff very nice and very helpful though

Yesterday I promised the kids to see a film (Odeon, red lion street). I didn't book and unfortunately once we arrived it was sold out. The staff arranged to move things around in a way to create 3 spaces for us to see the movie after all. Amazing, standout customer service! Thank you!!!

Out of all the cinema chains odeon is the most expensive, i dont mind paying the cost if its a comfortable experience but both the small and large odeon in richmond are in desperate need of a refurb, seats are uncomfortable and look tatty. Theres a perfectly good vue cinema in staines and fulham which are outstanding with large comfy seats and very clean and MUCH cheaper!! Skip odeon richmond.
