Generally really like this Odeon. Clean and modern interior, comfortable seats, fantastic Dolby Atmos sound and great picture quality. Staff are very friendly and prices are very good when booked online. My only complaint is we found the toilets to be pretty messey and not clean. But I really do like this cinema, I found the audio and video quality to be much better then the other Dorchester cinema.
Clean and fairly comfy. It's not very disabled friendly due to the distances you need to cover, but it is accessible. The staff were lovely this time and the lift worked. Thank goodness for my free ticket though... This place is not cheap. A bottle of water, a hot dog and a medium popcorn came to £15.48! But then; the cost of living is a tad nuts right now....
Cinema is great if you can't get into the local Plaza cinema. The only problem I have is the price sometimes it's too pricey to take the family out especially if you pay for food and snacks. But great seats and screens and sound.
I'm absolutely fuming. I came here to watch the Paw Patrol movie only to find that once in the cinema, the seats were filled with children. It is absolutely appalling to have to deal with a cinema filled with noisy, chatty and unhygenic children while trying to enjoy a cinematic masterpiece. However, not only that they played the wrong film, showing how a doctor's position could be abused against a patient with the role of the doctor being acted by the world reverred actor, Johnny Sins.
Comfy seats, great movies, I went with a group of friends a couple years ago, we had a kids deal which was as popcorn and drink and a snack. Great price
A really nice cinema - classy, modern and compact. The staff were very efficient and friendly, the seats comfortable and the screen and sound quality excellent.

Good location, in the middle of town and close to the car park. The seats are very comfy, screening area very clean, friendly staff, different variety of snack to choose from. A bit small cinema only 3 screens.
Can't wait to go again. Staff were really lovely. Fantastic for everyone to go to see your favourite movies. Disabled access and toilets just right.
This is a fantastic cinema. The foyer area is really spacious making it easy to social distance, and the screens themselves are really well maintained. There is also a great selection of drinks and snacks to choose from including Costa coffee!
