I love these people! In an world where every company seems to make products, contact & service more complicated for their own benefit & forgetting they need the customer you find a company like Octopus who get it & make you feel like you have a friend to help you. Their app is good, the billing makes sense, good rewards, free energy sessions, quick to help with questions. We moved house and moved from another big three initial provider who made our dealings impossible, it took them nearly 11 months to pay us what they owed us - this would never happen with Octopus. I recommend them to everyone who will listen, tell them about our free electricity sessions & member perks & people are shocked that an energy company does this. Other industries could learn a lot from the example these people set. Thanks Octopus, one less hassle I don’t have.

We have had poor service from many energy suppliers, until we joined Octopus . Customer services are always really helpful, solving whatever I am enquiring about. I have just received a free electric snuggle throw. I did not request this, they emailed me to ask if I would like one. It is just right for my husband who is in recovery from cancer. My sister has also just joined up with them after a referral from myself. We both receive £50 once she is up and running . Brilliant company
Been with Octopus for a good number of years now and can't praise them highly enough. Customer service is second to none. Great opportunities to save through their promotions and exciting competitions and freebies. What's not to like. Their prices are competitive. I've never considered switching. Why would I? 100% Recommend
This has been an eye opener for me and my household, having been with a single supplier for many years. Unfortunately my trust in them deteriorated when I had solar panels fitted, I thought I was doing a good thing but was unable to get them accredited for the next 18 months. This all changed when I got a very competitive quote from Octopus Energy and switched, what a difference to find a company who were interested in what was required. The switch was simple, the solar panels a little more difficult but they were able to get that done as well. Octopus Energy, thank you very much and to cap it all off you run an incentive program, have a web site which is easy to follow.
I’ve recommended Octopus to every one I know . I had to postpone smart meters . One in the kitchen cupboard and one in the garage as these were the places each meter was . Unfortunately I had 2 heart attacks. The Octopus team sent me a large bouquet of flowers and lovely get well soon card !! They’ve been a great company to get my energy from . Clear and easy to understand any correspondence I receive. Well Done Octopus and thank you for a great service
I have been with Octopus for several years since my last provider went bust. From the very start I have been impressed with all aspects of the company. I love the ethos, sense of fun and attention to serious matters like green energy. Excellent all round.
All of our lives we have had poor service from many energy suppliers, until we joined Octopus through M&S energy, that was a revelation, even back then, the customer service was exceptional. When Octopus became our direct supplier from M&S the service excellence continued. This year we moved home and had a different supplier for a few days, they were very competitive but we chose to stay with Octopus and the transition was very smooth. Our daughter has now joined via our link and we’re both£50 better off. Superb company in every respect, thank you for all you do.
I’ve never regretted my switch to Octopus. Their focus on excellent customer service isn’t just words….they deliver on their promise and thoroughly deserve the excellent ratings they get for great customer service. It’s just so refreshing to get a response often on the same day rather than waiting weeks as my previous supplier often did. I’ve now referred 2 other family members and both have been pleasantly surprised….Thank you to the Octopus Team for bringing good old customer service back along side a very competitive pricing/tariff structure.
I love, love, love this company - NEVER have I been happier with a supplier based on customer service, customer care, prices, information, offers, chances to win points to credit against your bill...I cannot fault this company and SO wish that others might take a leaf from their book!!! If they offered any other service, I'd sign up without hesitation. I cannot recommend Octopus highly enough & I am a very difficult customer to please!!!
