My daughter loves shopping there because she gets a new style every time, and I love it too because I don't have to browse different brands.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the management at Zara. The manager I interacted with exhibited a complete lack of communication skills, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. It was evident that she did not take the time to listen or understand the situation, which led to multiple misunderstandings. Her unprofessional behavior and assumptions only added to the confusion, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Zara is known for its quality and customer service, but the management at this location falls far short of that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the current management needs significant improvement to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
People can see you changing. It’s very uncomfortable to change in the changing rooms here. Everytime I’m here I can see other people changing and it’s very violating. Can you guys please change these curtains? They are horrible.
Horrible experience at Zara in Masonville. The team memberfemale who was working at fitting room section was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have never received that kind of attitude at any place before. This is beyond disappointment. I love Zara brand and clothing style but this experience made me to say never ever visit in this store again. All other members were fine but that one person ruined my whole experience.
I had a very frustrating experience at Zara Masonville, London, ON on July 18, 2024. I tried to return a $25.99 t-shirt but didn’t have a printed receipt, as I used my phone number for the purchase. The cashier and manager ID #33106 couldn’t find my transaction in the system and only offered an exchange. To make matters worse, another staff member ID #28099 accused me of tampering with the price tags, suggesting I put a lower-priced sticker on the item. This was insulting and incorrect. I had to call customer service to retrieve my receipt and prove I was right. As a loyal Zara customer, I was deeply disappointed with the poor service and lack of support. I hope Zara addresses these issues and improves their customer service.
Absolutely horrible experience at Zara in Masonville. The staff and the manager are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. This is beyond disappointment. I will not be returning to this store and advise others to avoid it as well.
Designs are really well thought out. The layout isn't crowded. The staff around the shop is especially attentive to customers needs.

I came to pickup my online orders one hour prior to the store closing. When I wanted to try them on an associate told me the change rooms were closed and I could clearly see why- they were a complete mess. I drove half hour to get my things and due to the inconsistency of the sizing was I upset that I may have to come back again to return these items. I asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude saying they will let me do it but this is an exception and I quote “ THEY WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN”. When I ended up returning the items the associate at the cash register who also happened to be the same one who was in the change rooms was very unfriendly and short. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a store and eager to leave. The only reason this review is two stars is because she “‘made an exception” for me to try the items on. I would understand if the fitting rooms closed 10 minutes before closing but one hour? The staff at this location are clearly very disorganized if they let the fitting rooms to get to such a state and unfortunately it’s the customers who are paying for it.
Never buy a penny stuff from Zara, stupid policy, cold and unfairful to customer, no respect personality!
