Oceans is in my top recommendations for a breakfast in town, it's quick, cheap, tasty and hot. I don't think you can purchase a coffee and breakfast for £5 anywhere else. Located on the main high street its easy access, friendly staff and still use sanitizer which I personally think is good practice. When the sun is shining there's a lovely garden at the back which allows dogs and you can also get an adult drink should you wish in this licenced premises. Lots of other meals available all at reasonable prices for home cooked food.
My husband had a full English breakfast and I had the vege full English breakfast with tea for two. Our breakfast was lovely and very filling. The owners and staff are very friendly. We would definitely recommend them.
Iv been coming here for years and hopefully more years to come. It’s a lovely little family run place in the centre of town. Amazing service, great food, fabulous prices. The court yard out the back is lovely too. My last trip was on boardmasters week on a Saturday. This is the big surf music festival that happens every year and the town is packed. As always I popped into the cafe and expected to wait a while longer then normal due to how busy it was. What I wasn’t expecting was the attitude and language that came from other customers towards the staff. I really felt for the staff but they felt with it great and carried on giving there best under the extreme pressure of business. Also in the heat wave, who ever was cooking all those breakfasts in that kitchen in that heat you did amazing xx
Came here twice in my 4 day break to newquay. The food was lovely and fresh and very generous on the portions. The young lady that served us was very pleasant and polite. Great food great service and amazing prices. I will be back when I visit again x

Amazing little cafe in the town centre , wish we had found you sooner. Breakfast was hot and set us up for the day , polite friendly staff who are easy to get on with and have a laugh. The two little helpers also are a credit who are so polite and helpful , nothing is too much trouble 100% recommend and definitely be visiting again next year .
Excellent value for money. The staff are so friendly they go out their way to make you feel at home. All food is freshly made and very tasty. I have tried a few places in the area and now i will go no other place than Oceans cafe. Thank you to Alan Jan and staff.
Really great lunch here today, lovely welcome and service and a tasty pot of tea with extra boiling water. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely class place for a tasty breakfast. Amazingly priced and excellent, friendly customer service. There’s also a beautiful dog to play with!
