Best best studio in Brighton. Classes are small, friendly, inclusive yet also challenging. I am a trainee & Paul & Jason couldn't have been any more helpful & supportive. You will not find 2 better or more experienced teachers on the planet!

Exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and making you at ease with all the different workouts given every week. Small classes and opportunity for one-to-one attention through the whole weekly session. I used to suffer from terrible backaches related to long daily driving and sitting in front of a PC, which problem is now fixed with Paul and Jason's personally tailored programmes. In my opinion, they are one of the best Pilates masters in the UK, so we are lucky we have them in Hove.

If you want to learn Pilates properly, come to Jason's classes. He will make sure you do it correctly and he has an inexhaustible supply of patience!

I've tried a number of different Pilates studios in the area, and Ocean Wave is my favourite, mainly because it is the friendliest and has an 'exclusive' feeling. The guys there are totally approachable and have helped me with various exercises to improve my posture and sort out my lower back issues. I would recommend the studio to anyone looking to do Pilates who wants to get good results from strong teachers.

Ocean Wave Pilates Studio In Brighton and Hove saved me from a life of pain and misery. I used to really suffer from back and hip pain, at the age of 43 I could hardly walk a mile with out pain and cramp in my lower back. I spent years going to Chiropractors and osteopaths spending a fortune for 5 min sessions. I walked in to various studios in the Brighton and Hove area and walked straight out. Then I found Paul and Jason at the Ocean Wave Pilates Studio in Brighton and Hove. Paul and Jason and the entire team at Ocean Wave Pilates Studio in Brighton and Hove. I felt safe and secure with their knowledge and intimate classes, with in 4 weeks of sessions I felt so much better, I could touch my toes again, with in 6 weeks I could see a physical change in my figure and my stance and I could walk 10 miles with out pain. In less than 6 months of seeing Paul, Jason Max and Simone I have lost over a stone in weight and also dropped a dress size which is just an added bonus. This is the perfect place, all sort of people, all sizes and physical abilities attend Ocean Wave Pilates Studio in Brighton and Hove, NO ONE is judged. We are encouraged and nurtured by a small professional team who know and listen to their clients. Its like a family. I do not hesitate to recommend Ocean Wave Pilates Studio in Brighton and Hove to anyone and every one who says they have an ache here and there. Thank you so much Guys, I could not imagine my life with out you now.
