I thoroughly enjoyed me week at Isle of Yoga. Erling is incredibly knowledgeable, able to go at the clients pace and my classes with him were a revelation! My downward dog will never be the same again. Erling and his wife were incredibly hospitable and kind. Go if you get the chance.

The recent Scaravelli yoga Workshop helped me to think about the movements and how stretching yourself into a posture might not be the best thing for your body! Rather that smaller more focussed movement is better for you. Thanks Erling for a really interesting and informative day. Who would have thought moving so little could be so tiring!! A fabulous course. x

I had a Great Experience at Isle of Yoga learning about Scaravelli Yoga ... It was mind opening and has changed the way i think about yoga and how my body works ... I particularly took away its not all about them super stretches (Hatha Yoga) there can be lots of work done with small interconnected movements...there was a great bunch of people there to share the experience with and i would like to say a special thank you to our warm hosts Erling McCracken and Elaine McCracken for this wonderful day :)
