This is defiantly the best gym I have been to and I have been to a few being a fair weather gym goer! I needed to lose weight as I was getting married and needed to get into my dress. The staff were great and really supportive. They sat down with me and helped work out a plan not only on fitness but nutritional as well. Every step of the way they supported me and encouraged me. I was made to feel so welcome and at no point felt self conscious. I have enjoyed it so much I have become a full time member and enjoy all my classes especially Body Pump and Body Combat.

Tjs gym has got to be the most friendly gym i have been too. The staff there cant do enough for you, and are truely knowledgeable in many areas and have helped me with injuries, sports massage and nutrition.. They have a huge variety of classes as well as a well equipt gym. My personal favroute has got to be body combat. 😊

Best gym on the Isle of Wight; a friendly family run gym offering something for everyone, there really is no excuse not to visit!
