I am not keen on the gym, as anyone in my family will confirm....however, Dan at "Isle Be Fit is brilliant. He encourages us all and keeps us working hard. He is supportive when we need it, but not too pushy!!! We have a good selection of gym equipment to use, and he is constantly adding more pieces. There is always a good atmosphere in each session, we have fun as we work out. People of all ages and abilities go, and I like the way we all support each other, I never feel like I am being judged, for not being super fit!! Would thoroughly recommend this gym ☺

This is a great gym, with a variety or equipment a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable & experienced owner, who is more than happy to help you achieve your goal. I've been going now for about 18 months and Dan(owner) has mentored me with strength training and cardio, so much so that I have entered a Spartan run later this year!! It doesn't matter what you want to achieve; loose weight, tone up, casual fitness or serious training you won't be disappointed.

As a newcomer to gym work the quieter nature of this gym is really very welcome. As a self styled bowling alley manager I don't get much time to work off my snack of choice, the twix, so I've gradually become more and more overweight. Being able to work out here without the fear of budget gyms where I feel hundreds of people in and around the gym are staring at me really helps.

Great Gym, Great equipment - I don't drive so perfect location in town for me to jump on a bus. The Owner is great and extremely helpful. I've tried a few Gyms wouldn't go to any other one now.

I was visiting family over Christmas and to help guard against the excesses of the holiday period it was great that I found this gym. I play football weekly but it was good to do some extraa exercise whilst away from my 'home' gym. Friendly atmosphere. Will use again.
