Much better now that Ocean Health have disappeared. Staff are polite and helpful and it's not a problem getting an appointment. Only fair I change my review from 1 to 5 stars.

Been with this surgery since the day i was born, it was a very good surgery with great staff & doctors, but it has gone down hill fast, it seems they don't want 2 know & they don't care & this is what we pay N.H.S for, our N.H.S has gone 2 pot, can't get an appointment till the middle of next week, can't give u anything been told it's viral, but unless i see a doctor how does he know it's viral, i myself think i av a chest infection, serious thinking of changing GO, a change could b 4 the better.

Poor health care with too many locum doctors, you always have to repeat your medical history and symptoms. If you get sent to Derriford for a scan or test, you never get the results of the test or feedback on your reason for going!

Never known a surgery like it! When I first joined it was great getting prescriptions and appointments where no problem at all! Now the receptionists think they can talk down to you and be plain RUDE! She told me my prescription was ready so I walked all the way to get it with my poorly daughter and it wasn't.. communication is shocking at this surgery and would not recommend it at all.
