TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. I tried to make an appointment and explained how long it took me to get the courage to call and that I was unhappy with my last GP and had not been in 3 years but have had this problem for 2 years. She could not have been more ruder and less interested in helping. She told me that I have no choice but to go back to my old GP. I would of understood if she said they were not taking new patients but she said they are its just because I have been previously registered with another GP. This person should not be working in the healthcare sector. Between the condescending tone and fed up breaths she should change her attitude / resign before she has blood on her hands. What a rude person unsuited for this job.
Park Avenue Medical Practice is the best medical practice in Stirling. It has the best and most compassionate GPs and nurses, best opening times and best options to see a GP quickly.
One of the reception staff has no clue, she gave me wrong results for my bloodwork that I had asked to be printed offwrong dates , the other one is absaloutly lovely and helpful, terrible that when you call your hoping that it's the one that's helpful that you get on the phone at least she knows her job . .
A nice surgery with professional and helpful staff. The new facility is very modern and a great space.
Still incompetent as usual every time you call they tell you to call at another time to get a appointment why they can't just do it there and then is a mystery.
Always helpful and the drop in surgeries every weekday are very convenient.
