Been my family doctor for several decades and I feel so badly let down right now. Never had an experience with a doctor's surgery via a receptionist trying so hard to get help when needed and just getting pushed away. Bloody awful.
Would rather give no stars,disgustingly rude doctor very mean on what he was saying, didn’t take on any information about what was wrong, rather focus on something completely different. Never will use this surgery again. Reception staff also rude. Should put a smile on their faces. Worst surgery practice.
Would give 0 out of 5 if I could! Never experienced rudeness like have here! Receptionist here was absolutely outrageous! No manors at all, spoke to you like trash! Will never visit this place again
Brilliant and friendly staff they all go beyond the call of duty great to have Kipppen Surgery in our village
