Just spent €55 here. I’m just leaving this quick review as an appetiser to the video review I’ll post on tiktok later on. There’s proper pink raw chicken skewers and an array of other hygiene related issues. I’ll post the full review on tiktok tomorrow if I survive after eating it. Do not eat here if you care about your health
I waited for quite some time despite pre-ordering the food, they gave us boiled rice even though we paid extra for fried! the szechuan was awful, tasted nothing like szechuan, more like a hot garlic sauce, the carrots in it were horrible almost like they were stale, the beef curry wasn't too bad but not the greatest, honey ribs were lovely though!

Decent Irish Chinese takeaway. The curry was delicious and the honey chicken was very tasty too. The spicy bag was fresh and tasted good but a bit on the bland side for me. I'll definitely prefer from them again though. Might not get the spicy bag though.
My family and I are loyal Willow Tree patrons for the past 20 years. We're happy that the original owners have retired. They truly deserved it. If you've never been here before and want to try it, definitely come by for dim sum, which I believe runs from 10 am - 2 pm. And it's the type of dim sum where carts come by and you pick what looks good as opposed to other places where you're given the menu and you write how much of each dish you want. You can also order from the regular menu. The dim sum is pretty much the same as it was before, and just as delicious. The only thing we were sad about was that they don't offer the sweet sticky rice anymore. But we were happy to see that some of the dim sum have been modernized, like the mango pudding. It was good before, but the one I had recently now that it's Ocean Garden had a softer texture and brighter mango flavor. It's more spacious inside now that they took away the buffet area. It's also brighter too. Service is still top notch. Looks like my family will continue to dine here for at least another 20 years.
Cant fault them. Food is always superb, myself and my partner have tried a good few different things and I cant fault any of the dishes. Nice big portions for good price. Definitly our go to chinese.
don’t order from here food is horrible. Chicken was over cooked chips wore reheated. Curry sauce well what I had of it the smallest amount I’ve ever seen was bland. Spice box my eye 4 bits of chicken chips and a few chillis not even a pepper or onion. Rang to Tell them andan who answered phone was so rude he screamed down the fone and then slammed it down!!!! Will never be ordering here again.
Worst Chinese have had, pork Hong Kong style was mostly burnt batter clumped together. It seems like it was frozen and not defrosted properly. The rest of the order wasn't great either, won't be ordering from there again and definitely wouldn't recommend it.
