Over charges for things. Doesn’t get the order right. Zero hygiene standards. Full open bin next to uncooked food, the person preparing the food openly sneezed into their hands and carried on like nothing happened. They also handle money and uncooked food without gloves/washing hands.Food: 1/5
If you love some spice to the fried rice you eat, I would blindly recommend this place. I ordered curry based fried rice and I am in absolute love with the taste. It’s spicy and satisfying. It is worth every single penny you pay. The place isn’t very dine-in oriented. But you could definitely dine-in. There are seatings available in there. To me it looked like a take away oriented arrangement. But food is perfect!
Cute interior, decent prices. I got chicken chow mein to go, which was yummy, but there was no sauce or flavor on the chicken & veggies, only on the noodles. The vegetarian spring rolls were always pretty good! Vegetarian options: Veg springs rolls, vegetable/tofu soup, tofu chow mein with noodles
Heading here for many years and would recommend it in a heartbeat. That is if you enjoy the more authentic kind of Asian dishes as opposed to the typical "Chinese" Take Away dishes. Order from their specialty dishes ex. Nasi Lemak, Hai Nam Chicken Rice, etc., a mix of Chinese and Malaysian dishes. Their Nasi Lemak to me still is the best in town.
I don't tend to review negatively of places but this was truly a bad experience. Firstly, we go in and order the food. Once we pay we realise that they clearly didn't charge us correctly seems like an easy fix. No, this involved a 10 minute conversation with two different people behind the counter and a lot of pointing at their own menu. Whilst we were waiting two people came in and ordered 2 bags of prawn crackers but abandoned the idea. At which point it became evident it wasn't just us. When the food arrived the vegetables were pretty much raw I am not that fussy so I just ate them but they were soaked in oil. Like someone had given them a quick dip in some oil treating it like a dipping sauce, though unfortunately they did not put anything else resembling a sauce on it. The noodles were crispy and incredibly dry. I ate about a quarter of it because I was hungry. The saving grace of this place is right in the centre of the restaurant is a bin for you deposit your uneaten food into. It's like they know. Just don't go.
Went here last night, got chicken fried rice expecting what you would normally get in an Irish bog standard Chinese restaurant - chicken and fried rice. Got chicken, fried rice, a huge amount of onions and green peppers all doused to death in soy sauce and extremely salty. Looked ok in the box, have been here a multitude of times over the years with no problems so went for it. The rice wasn't cooked properly and the chicken felt like refried leftovers. I picked out all the onions and peppers and ate anyway. It was well greasy and although I am very surprised not to have got any kind of heartburn symptoms after it, my heart rate increased as if I was on some kind of amphetamines and couldn't sleep for hours. Not good, not recommended. Although there was nobody in there the staff had music blaring at nosebleed levels. The plastic forks also broke immediately had my own spoon. Feel like absolute rubbish after it this morning, funny no heartburn symptoms just a pounding head as if I'm about to have a stroke. Avoid.
I ordered a vegetable curry which took half an hour to come, while others who arrived after me were served before me. I was served fried rice in the box with the curry which would have been perfect as it was. But then they gave me a separate box of fried rice which was completely unnecessary. I did not order this. I was also given tofu when I asked for just vegetables which is very disappointing after it took an hour to come.
We Stopped off last week , asked for a Thai red curry , what I got wasn't a curry but it was ok, noodles were a bit dry , customer Service and manners need a serious reboot. First and last timeFood: 2/5
I got food here recently and didn't feel great after it. I won't be returning. I just didn't feel clean, and the tables were sticky and didn't feel clean.Food: 2/5
Gave this place multiple chances. Disappoints every time. Over chargers me for things I don’t order and doesn’t include things I do order. Quality of food 2/10Food: 1/5
