Previously had a 5 star review of this place because everything was always top of the range. Quite recently though whenever I ate from here the next day I’d be sick. Also noticed that the chicken has a different taste than before and the noodles are extremely dry. Almost like they’re microwaved. It’s quite unfortunate as this used to be my favourite Chinese but now it ain’t. Very disappointed with the quality here recently

Contrary to this review I posted a year ago, extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the lady over the phone. I’ve ordered from mr wu for years now always online. When I ordered something different and asked questions about it the lady over the phone was sooo rude and unprofessional. She literally ended the phone on me. A shame how one person can tarnish a brand. I asked for a refund and the food to be collected. She then called back with a nicer tone explaining the refund time. I won’t say the food is bad so if you want to order order online avoid calling cause she clearly can’t handle phone calls as I recall a previous call with her and she was rude and impatient. I thought ah they’re just busy but that’s just how she is.

Absolutely appalled with this service ordered almost €30 of food waited 50 minutes to ring and ask why the food hadn’t been sent out to be told by Wendy that they didn’t send it out because the phone number for the address was different then the one I rang from !  of course I’m allowed change my phone number , low and behold an hour later refused to send the food and so rude on the phone . None of my family will order here again.

Food over an hour late so we cancelled the order then driver still showed up at the house with it an 1 15mins later thinking we would accept the food which is very cheeky of them, still gave the driver his delivery charge not his fault but obviously would not accept the food. Terrible to leave customers waiting that long on a bit of food. Ruined our Saturday night.

Ordered a munchie box everything in it was sweet it was covered in a sweet sauce it was very over powering. Wouldnt order again

Terrible customer service, got the order wrong and it was half cold showing up, when  we brought the order back ourselves the person behind the counter couldn't understand us. wouldnt get again

mr wu is 10-15 mins away from me and it took 1hr 30min to come

Had to experience rotten pork on house special, They gave me 30% off next order. And told me to enjoy it

When they actually listen n give you the really really spicebag/box you want, the the nbest around, no question, sometimes they don't listen tho which is a pity
