The best dental care I have ever experienced! Dr. Sara and her assistant was Very Friendly, Professional, Caring & Courteous. We had a family appointment. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended if your kids need a dental check up as my little ones were extremely happy! It was fun to watch them! I would highly recommend to anyone!
This used to be a great dental practice but sadly they have fallen into the trap of offering very limited NHS treatment. Only interested in the private treatments and the cosmetic vanity side £££££. Join if you want your appointments cancelled on a weekly basis ”due to unforeseen circumstances”
My appointment was cancelled after me being 3 minutes late! 3minutes! While they cancel on me 3 times in past six months on the day of the schedule appointment. It use to be such a good practice and now…I’m now looking for new dentist.
Made an appointment that I had to cancel the same day due to stomach bug. Was given a new appointment that was cancelled because dentist went on holiday. Got a new appointment that got cancelled the day before because the dentist had left. Got a new appointment that again got cancelled. Did not call anymore to ask why and definitely will not book another appointment.
very poor standard of care, had a tooth with a filling crack next day, had tooth drilled 3 times and told that it was "finished" only to be told next appointment that it had a temporary filling and something was still wrong with it, apparantly they didnt know what it was, went to a different dentist and had far better care, avoid at all costs
I have just had my appointment rescheduled for the 5th time . Absolutely furious . Covid etc getting the blame … but their PRIVATE surgery working well and taking appointments. My son also registered with them . He has never had any care as they have rescheduled him 5 time also … where are the NHS dentist ? We know there is a problem but could they not look after the patients they have ,…disgusting.
Very Very bad experience, I don’t recommend this place for you teeth. They damaged my front teeth and to my child was filled 4 times with a small table that kept falling. I made an appointment with them and then I receive a phone call that the appointment is canceled and that they cannot offer me another one. They are not reliable at all and do not work well at all, I do not recommend them
My experience was the staff are very unprofessional and rude. I was lied to about appointment availability, the dental treatment was shoddy and the temporary filling fell out within a few hours. I had used this as a family dental practice for years before lockdown but unfortunately it seems to have changed hands and the new staff have clearly shown they really shouldn’t be involved in any health care treatment. Thankfully there are many other excellent dentists in leith so look somewhere else if you would like reliable and professional treatment, it took only minutes to find a local dentist who was able to help with my situation.
If there are any words to describe this practice, it would be unprofessional and shameful. I has a treatment plan where appointments were booked 3 months apart and in between some appointments were cancelled last min less than 12 hours without reasons, the most recent appointment was cancel due to the dentist testing + for covid and up till date I have had no call back to rearrange my appointment. Clearly this practice is run down, I would not take my dog there for a check up.
The attitude and manner of the desk staff can only be described as unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. At the start of lockdown I had a treatment plan completely cancelled, then following on from this there were several follow up appointments which were also cancelled, and what’s worse right at the last minute. When I finally enquired as to why, the receptionist, in an incredibly hostile manner, denied they had made any such cancellations, and that it must have been I that had cancelled them all instead! I cannot believe that I was being gaslighted by a dental receptionist. Recently I attended an emergency appointment. The treatment was going to be expensive, so I asked for a payment plan as I am currently studying full time. The dentist immediately refused treatment and stated that payment needed to be paid up front in full with the price given based on a two-year-old X-Ray! The following day when I had money available, the receptionist informed me that the date for my emergency treatment would be in 5 months time, and not to bother to look at other dental practices as there were no other surgeries nearby accepting new patients as they were all too busy. A couple of phone calls later I had appointments lined up that day with two different dental practices, with one able to start treatment in 6, and dealing with staff that were helpful, friendly and honest. All I found at this practice were lies and deceit delivered with malice and a smile. Avoid this place like the plague.
