I've given 3 stars as my experiences here have ranged from an extremely very poor 1 star to a happy 5 stars.  Don't get fobbed off, be persistent, call everyday chase things up. It can be extremely stressful feeling ignored and fobbed off, but its not personal. However keep at them.  Eventually you will get an appointment or diagnosis.  It is what is is, over burdened, over worked case handlers, do not expect a call back from your care worker they never do.  Be patient, help yourself first, and god bless

Absolutely Appalling receptionists considering they're meant to deal with people that have mental health problems. Whole place is a waste of energy.

Can’t thank the dr an his team here enough. They’ve listened to me and worked hard to help me. It’s the first time in my whole journey over many years that I feel like I’m being treated like a human unlike else where that haven’t been great.  I’m incredibly great full for this place and it’s staff especially the dr and his secretary are incredibly caring.

I get fobbed off a lot.. Very hard to get through to anyone on the phone.. But if I miss a phone call by pure accident I get told I'm not making the effort and I'll be referred back to my doctor and lose my place for treatment.

Appalling they try and call u one time if you miss the call they say you not engaged with the service. It's no wonder so many people unalive themselves

Amazing staff here at Hafod. Nothing is ever too much for them and they will help you anyway they can. I wouldnt be here if it weren't for the staff at Hafod. So thank you x

there is too much to be desired.... I wish I could share other people's experience
