Very clean and seen on time. The dentist Roxy is very hands on and very knowledgeable. We are a family of 8 attending together. 2 adults, 4 teenagers, a 7 year old and a new baby. They are very accommodating, and we've never felt we are a problem. Her advice has been invaluable.
This dentist has gone down hill since covid!!! My self and family have been here for over 23 years!! My daughter had been waiting for over a year to get her wisdom teeth out and referrals were not sent or misplaced so we ended up having to go private to get them sorted. The final straw was on Friday trying to get an emergency appointment for a toothache, and told at 8.00am that they would speak to the dentist to fit me in and call back within an hour, I rang over an hour later to ask if I could get in, only to be told that I was no longer registered as had not been for 2 years, even though they had cancelled my appointments due to covid!!! I have never missed an appointment in all this time or any of my family!! The member of reception was very rude and basically said that head office just cancel without any notice!!! I am disgusted with this poor service! It had always been great and I have recommended many people here, but after this, I will be removing all of my family from this practice!
Best dentist in peterborough! Massive shout out to Priya and her dental nurse and also Lindsey on reception ! They make the whole experience a breeze, no pressure and good pricing for private patients! They are very flexible and caring and considering and always full of smiles when you see them in the practise ! I use to have a big fear of the dentists but now my fears and worries have disappeared!
Great service today. Prompt and precise results. Kirsty even dropped my prescription into the chemist as the dentist closed b4 I could get there! 11/10

This is such a great dentists. Friendly staff. Mr Fredericks is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s always got patient’s interest at heart. He’s really proactive, keeps costs down and is so kind and caring. Thank you for years of looking after my family.
