Went here to inquire about registering as a patient. Receptionist was initially very helpful. I then asked use the toilet as I suffer from urinary issues. Was told that it was not a public toilet and spoken to very rudely. I had chosen this dental surgery as it came highly recommended but If this is the attitude of the reception staff, I will not consider joining this practice.
Quite bad. Couple years ago they told my tooth is unfixable and wanted to remove it. Found a dentist who fixed it without any problems. Decided to give them one more go when chipped my front tooth. Complete waste of money. Filling came out after 2 month and somehow managed to eat it. They done everything so fast 20 min and was done, all i needed was for filling to hold for 6 months didn't even came close. Never again there are better and more skilled dentists in Peterborough for the same price.
I wasn't treated nicely at all. The woman told me she was getting fed up of me because I was nervous for the injection I was younger and also decided to do my root canal without any anaesthetic which hurt a lot. Filling came out anyway.
I went there to get a few things done, the staff was very nice and professional. I read some of the reviews here after i made a huge deposit i though i won't be able to get my deposit back after reading some of the reviews here. Then i was surprised how lovely, and friendly the staff was, there was no problem getting back my deposit either. I highly recommend.
Shocking! Dominika the rudest most unempathtic receptionist! They make you put a deposit down of £30 when making an appointment when that’s the total cost of the treatment and when they inconvenience you they don’t give you your money back but if you cancel you have to repay!! Absolutely shocking! One rule for employees another for patients! Plus it’s hard to even get an appointment and like I’ve mentioned Dominika needs customer service skills!Never again and would never recommend! Stay away if only could give minus 10 star.
Had an appointment for the next day but insisted on £30 by debit card only as they do not accept credit cards. When I offered to pay the full amount in cash the next day this was bluntly refused even though I am registered there and visited several times. Will be going elsewhere.
I don't like going to dentists, but this has just changed my experiance, its a second time i had to have root canals treated and both times i got it done here. Very understanding and polite staff. Will definately recomend it without hesitation!!!
This was my second treatment and i'm so glad i choose this place.The dentist is professional and everybody is very friendly, and believe me i'm not an easy patient : It's not even expensive,i'm happy with the price too.
Good service , but would not recommend dentist Dr Samad Hussein to anyone . 6 years ago he use to work in Wisbech I have really bad exprience with him .
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Stuff didn't do their work! Waiting for the letter for 3 months twice remaind they love your money but they don't care about your problems
