Staff are very professional and polite. Also very accommodating in regards to me having the time of the appointment that suited me. They seem to go the extra mile in terms of service.

If you like having your time wasted then this is the place to visit. I arrived 10 mins early and spoke to one of the girls on reception who took my name and informed me to take a seat. Various patients came in and were seen to before me. I was on my lunch break so was starting to worry after being sat in the waiting room for 45 mins. When i queried with the receptionist how much longer it was likely to be I got a blank look and was told that they had not booked me in. I had the option of being seen in another 45 mins time or re-book for 3 months away.

Horrible!I had been with them for 8+ years and they struck me off for missing an appointment which I never knew I had. No letter/call was madea as a reminder. Service is poor when you attend.
