The worst practise ever. I keep trying to get an appointment for a year now. First i was told my dentist in maternity leave and they not sure when she coming back and then i was told that she left and i have to wait for new dentist to come.. or i have to ring in the morning to get an emergency appointment. Just rang today again to be told that i am not registered with them anymore as i haven't had an appointment for two years which was their fault.. plus when i explained that i was told again to wait for new dentist to arrive..
Please people don’t waste ur money and time for this rubbish & useless dentist. Before regret u should read all the comments given by the patient. During the initial assessment the dentist told me the upper arch only needs Invisalign and we agreed how much I should pay. The agreement was 10% of £2200 every two weeks visit. During the second visit after I paid £500 the same dentist told me that might be not perfect if the lower arc not fixed. I said to him why u r not told me during the first visit? He said nothing and even he shut the door behind & locked it. I will never ever stop nagging this dentist until full money refunded. The most stupid & unprofessional scammer dentist.
At the very beginning I did ignore all the bad reviews about this practice and i deeply regret this now. Me and my partner went to see one of the dentists here in 1A practice and at the very beginning my partner was dissatisfied with the dentist that he saw, as out of 20 minute consultation he barely had 5 minutes!! Dentist was not paying enough attention in his opinion and couldn't advise accordingly. I did not take his review in account we saw the same doctor. I went to get my tooth extracted and one of the roots snapped therefore I did require urgent referral so the remaining root can be extracted. She told me that the clinic who will do the final extraction will be in touch with me within 2 weeks and once they have removed remaining root we will follow the treatment plan as discussed. The plan was to wait for it to be removed, gum to heal and return after few months so we can begin denture process, as she explained there are couple ways to do this but, to wait and do it when everything is healed would be better and also quality would be higher. A month after partial extraction I still wasn't contacted and I was in great agony. Contacted practice just to be told off and they informed that i need to contact the other clinic myself and I was informed that no referral was received. 3 months down the line after contacting clinic again as I did not hear anything I was told that they need to re do my Xrays as apparently other clinic requested them. When I attended the clinic today I asked my referral and reception did provide me with the paperwork very promptly no complains there, when I received it I noticed that my dentist has marked my referral as routine even if she told me that this has been sent off urgently and I also noticed that I have a hay fever? I have never had hay fever in my life and this only indicates that doctor was not paying attention fully to what details I was providing her. When I faced my dentist she was surprised seeing me, after telling her that I am here for repeat X-rays she informed me that i do not need one as she has done them in August. After a long talk with her and reception face to face the conclusion is that she does not meet the satisfactory level of care and on top of everything is not being honest about her actions. At the very beginning she told me that she did not know that i need additional X-rays to be done, after few minutes she told me that she was informed in October and informed her staff about this. I am beyond appalled of this service. Putting blame on me that i am not being understanding shocked me, as i find this behaviour rude. I do not understand how this clinic is meeting CQC standards with dentist like this working with them. I am still being in pain because one root is still in my mouth and i hope that I will soon receive treatment.
After a bad tooth extraction a few years ago I was very sceptical about going to the dentist but during lockdown I had a problem with my wisdom tooth and it had to be sorted. This time I got very lucky, Dr Marios was absolutely brilliant, he dealt with my issue quickly and I no longer have a fear or trust issues when it comes to dentists!
After reading the previous reviews I arrived with a slight fear of the treatment I was about to receive. I was pleasantly relieved. The receptionist was professional and polite. When I went in to see the dentist. He was friendly , professional and treated me in an efficient manner. He examined me and took x rays .He then advised me of the treatment that I required and the NHS cost band before starting treatment. I think it is a real shame that people who have written bad reviews have dominated this surgery with their negative comments. I can not comment on their experiences but my treatment was good. Therefore I would recommend this dentist to my family and friends. If you have also had a positive experience I suggest that you too post it, as it would redress the balance of comments. My recent experiences over the past couple of years have been first-rate - indeed, better than I've ever known.
I registered with this dentist when I moved to the area, they did not register me straight away so I had to go back in to re-register, I booked an appointment 4 months in advance and called the day prior to my appiomtment to check as I had recieved no confirmation,they could not find my details on their system,which after 10 minutes on the phone we found the personal information had been entered incorrect with the wrong D.O.B. When I went to attend my appointment I was told they had been trying to get hold of me and left me a voicemail as my appointment had been cancelled as the dentist was off sick,I had not recieved no message,voicemail or missed call! I had taken the afternoon off work also to attend as I work out of the area. When trying to re-book I was told they had nothing untill mid June early morning which is not suitable due to my work. They have not been very accomadating and lack communication to their patients. I would not recommend this dentist. I have now changed dentist to one which can fit me in and communicates! From start to finish it has been a waste of my time going back and forth. Beware if your looking to join this dentist.
So i booked an appointment in early june for the 18th July. I ring up the dentist on the day to confirm the time of my appointment. They then tell me the dentist is not in today as he had an emergency at the hospital and that i would have to wait another 2 and a half months for another appointment. The worst part is that the receptionist admitted that she didnt and wasnt planning on notifying me of the dentist not being in. Complete amateurs, complete waste of time.
I have been with this dentist practice for several years now , I have to say I’m very nervous of going but mr Marios is always considerate of that and makes me feel at ease , he always explains what’s happening and that is very important, he will explain all options very clearly !!! Keep up the good work and Thankyou !!
One of the worse dentist I have seen in my life. I needed emergency appointment and trying to get one for the last four weeks. Staff are rude and unprofessional. The dentist is seriously not professional and I'm now in the process of referring them to the regulators. This is unacceptable.
