Absolute credit to Keighley. I've been coming here since i was in my teens for 1 reason or another, the staff are brilliant, patient no pun intended & sorted any problems I had. Shame to see so many poor reviews based on things out of their control. Just think if this ever shut, i guarantee a private health care centre would open in it's place.

I'd like to say thku very much, trailed over to kly for a blood test for my elderly mother. To find a sign on the door to say closed. I checked there website even site I booked it on nothing to say it was closed before is set off. I even got a reminder about the appointment.

I was in Keighley over Christmas and was taken ill I phoned Keighley health centre as it was a walk in clinic, left my phone number for them to call me back ,and they didn't, disgraceful, I ended up at the hospital in the end,and after a 9 hour wait was finally seen.

Hi there it’s a 1 of the best service it used be but not any more I can understand it the covid has changed the system so it’s been very upsetting and sad lot people out there are suffering mainly elderly people they keep ringing but there is not answering very easy I can understand this it’s due to shortages staff but also they  need to understand our suffering as well with being a human nature we need the most  I would like to request NHS or the  government this needs to be look  out quickly please thank you

I arrived early and was dealt with immediately. Staff were great

All departments I've visited are lovely but reception staff leave a lot to be desired very short and rude on the phone when asking if a form left by my midwife was ready to collect all I got told was well it will be here, then when i asked what time it closes I was told 5 and the phone put down on me ! Also when I went to collect this form last week reception was closed for lunch this is bad service there should be someone there at all times!

I was visiting Keighley the other Friday, 27th October, when my friend fell and broke her nose.  Some helpful bystanders insisted on driving us to the Health Centre where the young man who saw us went way beyond his remit to help, staying on after his hours and making sure we got to A & E. It helped such a lot.  THANK YOU.
