I recently had my German shepherd rescue in with Oakland for dental work, the staff are brilliant, he is a nervous dog and not dog friendly but he was truly in great hands and the vet took time to explain fully what was carried out and aftercare has been faultless. Most importantly I have a healthy happy dog, very pleased with the experience we have had.

We’ve recently moved to Oaklands and it was 100% the best thing we’ve ever done. The care of the reception staff, the time spent by Jonathan Fletcher who was incredible with our insanely anxious rabbit, they spoke to us in a way that made sense, was clear on the next steps and made the entire process very comfortable and transparent. We didn’t feel disregarded or ignored - he took the time to listen and organised a follow up appointment to review and discuss further steps and we honestly couldn’t fault him, the supporting nurse or the practice. Thank you so much again!

Wouldn't go anywhere else to take care of my prized possession! Many thanks to Emma, Hanna, Bryan, Claire and the whole team xxx

My first experience going in here we did have a cat but my wife was always the one to take him.  The vet was very good had lots of time for us and also spent some time entertaining my 1-year-old daughter.  Possibly remove the sign about phoning before coming in as I think I was the inky person to ring in from outside in a panic

Terrible practice. Stay away. Only interested in profit. Received awful service from a vet and receptionist early 2021 to the point I had to raise an official complaint. The Practice Manager made an offer of compensation and then halved the amount when I accepted it. Escalated the complaint higher and the practice manager was overturned. I've continued to use the practice due to vets not taking on new clients following lockdown, however today, I've received a letter stating I must find a new practice, with no reason given. I can only assume this is due to me responding to a Facebook post stating that I would not recommend them without going into detail and posting a picture of their website homepage which brags about how much profit they make, which I find bizarre for such a company to post on the homepage of their website. NB This is the first negative review I've ever left for any company.

Staff so caring. Was exceptional from reception through to nurse and vets.we were very touched to receive a condolence card featuring Clooneys paw print .such a nice gesture Thank you Stuart and Susan pyle

Before and after Coco was well looked after and we'll on the way to recovery from pancreatitis

Can not recommend this place enough, the staff are very polite and patient, they treat the animals with the utmost care. Their prices are reasonable especially for the service they provide, I would never think of taking my animals anywhere else. Location is directly off low lane and very easily accessed.

Good quality  care, but due to covid restrictions having to hand over our pets outside puts more stress on the animals. But fully understand  the reasons behind  this, and look forward  when normality returns.

Oaklands is fab star was our world  they were lovely with her when we lost her 2weeks ago xxx
