Excellent care and attention for our cat Rory who required surgery. Highly recommend the service at the vets in Nunthorpe. Many thanks for putting our minds at ease before and after the surgery. 5 stars
Me and my beastie are clients of Jacqui Paterson's at Nunthorpe. My dog is extremely anxious at the vets and even going for her booster is a real struggle! However and I don't know how they do it, the vet nurse always seems to calm her so that she can get her injections. I'm needle phobic probably where my dog gets it from!, it must be on my record because they always take my dog away from me so that I don't see the needles - such care and attention to detail is much appreciated. They are a bit pricy but they have 24hrs emergency care and that means a lot - I've always had dogs who need out of hours care! Thank you Jacqui Patersons.
My cats have underlying issues. Everyone is so kind and helpful, from receptionist to vet
brilliant. lovely lady, explained everything to me and was very friendly and helpful. highly recommended.
We used this Group as it was our local specialist for tortoises and found the service fantastic. When we acquired a puppy, we naturally went back there. Early signs are great. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Must better that the previous vet we had used with our other dogs. Many thanks

Only had a quick phone call with these vets but the advice and guidance they gave around caring for new baby bunnies was extremely helpful, specially when other vets weren’t interested
Hadn't been before. Told me about parking behind the vets and offered to help carry both my cat baskets back to my car. Staff very nice and friendly.
Very good vets. Bit pricy but paid anyway, my dog has the best I can give!
Took my 17 year old papillon to their dental specialist ,as she couldnt eat otherwise she was in excellent health and looked like a 5 year old ,so it was worth giving her a chance They had cancelled their other appointments to focus on her ,got their best nurse to come in on her day off ,and took her straight in to surgery,so she did not sit in a cage waiting. Sadly she did not survive ,but I know they did their best. They were extremely upset and obviously cared very much. Despite the sad outcome ,I would still highly recommend this practice.
