I used to give a better rating for these vets but I moved my dog and guinea pigs to another vets after an emergency visit that these couldn't help with but still had to pay consultation here and at the vets that helped. I went to the other vets and noticed how much better the welcome was. I felt I was just hassle to the reception staff here. Not very happy, no smiles and felt I was looked down upon at times. So glad I got to experience another vet to see how you should be welcomed.

Really  unprofessional and unprepared stuff i cant describe ... i was having 3 dogs with them but ... I let them know  about  particularities of my case my dog is really big and anxious without me  and they refused to let me inside with him and after few minutes they bring him out and i notice blood on his nake from 4 attempts to give him the vaccine obviously they forgot to mention... i treat this for 1 month on my expense obviously see the pictures  attached.  Also the vaccination was around £80 i asked  them if i need something  else absolutely  healthy  dog beside what they just did on his nek and they managed to make me a bill of £370 so be careful!!!!! Also one of my dogs needed  a certificate to travel this certificate takes 45 min to 1 hour and they asked me to leave papers with them for few days because they need to follow some strange procedure and is not true those certificates are done in the same day and i refused and i get to another  vet and was done instantly no problem at all! For top money supposed to be top service but this guessing game and unreal clames ... you can make your minde absolutely but this was my experience in consecutive bookings with them. Hawe a nice day

Visited for 2nd opinion, well if i was there in the 1st I wouldn't have needed one. Great vets and many thanks to jossie and team.

At first I was very sceptical about taking my 2 cats to this clinic, I called all the available clinics around and they all seemed to be concerned about my money rather than my pets lol but the waiting was worth it. My boy Voodoo was very energetic after the neutering, like nothing happened to him, the vets did a really good job. My second cat Luxy is older and with an attitude, she didn’t like her bodysuit after the spay but the team at Rosslyn clinic were very professional and gave her a e-cone, now she’s a happy girl. Normal prices like in any other veterinary clinic, nothing out of the ordinary, no extra bills, discounts also. Very nice friendly staff, the girls are amazing. I’m so happy my babies are registered with them, thank you very much for the amazing work!

I have been in asked for my cat to register and they said no problem anytime So I took the cat with me and they focus on money all the time and not looking after the pets so I told them I have no problem to register and pay for that and they said we don’t take new costumers let me cat suffering Not best place to go be careful your pets

Unsatisfactory experience. 3 weeks were a complete waste of time. Unaware of diagnosis at the end of 3rd week.

Fantastic Veterinary Practice. Staff are wonderful to deal with and I always feel like they are genuinely interested in your animals welfare and care, from the receptionists, nurse and vets. Can't fault this place and would highly recommend it, and my 3 fur babies most definitely agree
