We took our dog over for a xray and look up his nose and down his throat. We were told if any emergency come in then they have priority which is fine. It got to 4pm no phone call of so travelled thro to collect him. Only to be told they had emergency and couldn't see to our dog. Why they couldn't ring us to tell us this is beyond me. So instead our dog was sat in a cage all day for no reason
The care the staff gave to our late beautiful dog Jill was so proffesional and sympathetic they couldn't have been more kinder .Although it was one of the saddest days of our lives the staff explained everything step by step with us and we held our precious girl and she just fell asleep . I carnt praise them enough. Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts .
The pdsa is a fantastic help and I appreciate it greatly but there vets are terrible with customers last month I got told my dog was terminal with cancerous tumor and I should enjoy everyday I get then this month got told only when I asked again that they don't know for sure but most are and there's nothing they can do also my dog needs to lose weight still I said I'd been treating her and she hadn't gained any this month they have an attitude and are very rude the way they say things
What an amazing place. The things they do here are angelic. Thank you for taking good care of our beloved dog.
Where to start I took my puppy here almost lifeless thinking he wasn't going to see the night through got a super fast appoiment of pdsa to see a vet called clair who swiftly done a parvo test which was positive we agreed to let him have a chance to fight this and put him in clinic Claire explained everything to me in so much detail and told me she would do everything she could she also explained it may not be enough as pup was so poorly and frail however by the nxt morning he was like a new pup I cannot thank pdsa and especially Claire for the care they give him not to mention a 2nd chance at life I'll be forever great full to this service they do an amazing job.
Had my dog here a few times she has just recently had her eye eye removed very well done to the pdsa team all the effort they put into your pet I felt comfortable and confident leaving g her with them well done pdsa for all your hard work
Great caring staff, I will say somewhat over worked due to the nature of the pdsa and its free vet care to people that would otherwise wouldn't be able to afford the care cost for there fury friends. It is always clean and tidy, but smells of urine what is quite strong but can be expected somewhat in a vets. Low cost fle and worming prescriptions. One thing I can say for sure the staff are so friendly and really care and it shows they want the best for the animals. The phone lines are a nightmare sometimes to get through but you do eventually get through. Has disability access and covid19 measures in place. Would recommend.
Had to have my fur baby put to sleep, the vet we saw was fantastic, caring and really understanding. Thank you.
The staff and vets are flawless. We had to make the horrible decision to put our cat to sleep because of his health. The vet and nurse were very supportive and talked us through everything. At the end they gave us the space to say goodbye to him. We can't thank them enough.
Great professional service from people who really do care about your pets. Very honest and really try to help. This is not a business and needs all the support it can get. I will be organising a monthly direct debit to support the PDSA.
