Have bought previously from this company and everything went well and was pleased with furniture however I have just spent nearly two thousand pounds on some furniture for the lounge and had a couple of pieces with defects to them . So now we find how good a company they really are ,and quite frankly their customer service is absolute rubbish e.g. When you contact them by email they want pics of the damage fair enough then they send you an email back asking you the customer to contact them by a charged phone number and wait in a Queuing system ! so when everything is ok with your order fine if you have problems they have a good list of evasive action - you have been warned ! If your thinking of buying the polish that they promote in the store if you care about the environment and your health don't as the tin contains hydro carbons and other nasties. Won't buy from them again due to poor customer service - they don't deserve your hard earn cash.

This place has the SAME SALE ON EVRY WEEK are do they Think CUSTOMERS ARE STUPID. Is it ENDING AGAIN THIS OR NEXT WEEK? ??? I WILL TAKE AS ON ALL YEAR !!!!
