First Class Experience Very professional team including Stuart who made two visits to ensure we had the best design to maximize storage whilst fully utilizing the space available. Fitting by Mike who we found to be very professional and efficient. The quality of the units and the fit is exceptional. I cannot recommend enough and yes I would use Monarch Bedrooms Macclesfield again. Thank-you for a great job.
I have used monarch bedrooms few times now to fit wardrobes for my 2 houses. From starting with design appointment to installation the professionalism with which the works are carried out are outstanding. The quality of the installation and the speed with which the works are done is amazing. Price wise also they can’t be beaten and I would confidently recommend monarch bedroom.
I highly recommend this company they are very competitive, professional and friendly. I had them 23yrs ago to do a small bedroom and was very pleased with the job so was delighted to find the same men working for Monarch to do the other two bedrooms. Stuart came to do the planning and measuring up and was very helpful with his suggestions and Mike fitted the furniture to a very high standard. Thank you again.
The service that we received from Monarch has been second to none. From the friendly and knowledgeable showroom staff, through the home visit to measure up and the fitting by Anthony and Mike. We are so pleased with the beautiful fitted wardrobes and the utmost professionalism and attention to detail with no task to big or small. Thank you.
I would like to thank you and all your staff for your customer services. From selecting the finishing wood to the fitting of the wardrobe. John the fitter was great I left him to his own resources and we ended up with a great finish. The joints were finished to perfection and I cannot find one thing to question about the final finish. I am going to ask for one alteration which me and my wife have thought about. I think I ordered to many shelves and might want to remove a couple. Very pleased with the wardrobes Monach fitted for us last week in 2 of our bedrooms. When Stuart came out I already had a clear idea about what storage I wanted in each wardrobe - 2 hanging rails and shelving for storage boxes. Having already had some quotes from local carpenters i thought the price Stuart gave was competitive. I placed the order a few weeks later and was delighted they could fit them 3 weeks later. Anthony did an amazing job of fitting them. He took great care and was very patient when I was deciding which height to have the shelves and hanging rails. Thank you Monach.
Fantastic service & Quality products. Our experience was excellent from visiting the showroom in Macclesfield & discussing our requirements with Aileen. Stuart came out & planned everything for us & fitting was done by Tom who did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of having a bedroom fitted.
We're a bit late with our review as the wardrobes were fitted pre-lockdown. However since then the wardrobes have been fine. They're well constructed and smooth operating. There was a bit of a hiccup with the drawer sizing but Tony the fitter remidied them as with all his skill and professionalism throughout.
Extremely pleased with my whole experience in dealing with Monarch Bedrooms/Macclesfield Craig the Sales Designer measured up and designed with great professionalism and product knowledge as too did the fitter Tony everything went smoothly from start to finish and the fitting of the wardrobes is fantastic and I really enjoyed listening to his 80’s music . I would definitely recommend them.
We are really pleased with our wardrobe. Fitter very polite and efficient. Took great care with Covid restrictions too. Great job. This is our second wardrobe built and would recommend to anyone.
