Beautiful, tasty and delicious food. The cafe includes a varied menu and portion size is spot on. Pricing is fair for today's economic standards. They also have a varied range of homemade cakes for afters. Overall a lovely cafe. You can even go furniture shopping after or before you have your meal.
When I win the euro millions this is where I'll buy all my furniture, carpets and home decor. Luxury furniture and homeware. Prices are well above the usual high street brands but the quality and craftsmanship is felt in every piece they sell. The shop itself is an old silk mill. A four storey building filled with sofas, dining tables, beds, carpets, rugs, home decor, candles, painting etc. You could definitely spend a couple of hours browsing. Cafe was great. Excellent service. Full cooked breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed by hubby. And my ploughman's sandwich was tasty and very filling. We also had large chunky chips that were fab. Breakfast until 11.30am. Brunch all day and mains from 11.30am. Free parking available. Staff were pleasant and polite. Great place to get some decor inspiration or to just pop in for something to eat.
I have been visiting here since I was a child and I visited today with my little girl for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. We had a great day lots of choices and the food was amazing. The best Sunday dinner I have had in years and children’s food was good too which I have found is rare when eating out and they even had children’s cutlery which was thoughtful and never see that before. All the staff were just as helpful as I remember some that I can even remember from when I was a child. If ever a company deserves 5 stars it is Arighi Bianchi to do what they do and remain that good for so many years
Gorgeous department store, a real maze to explore and full of beautiful showrooms. Really nice cafe that is welcoming for children as well as adults, with activities and kind staff. Very handy car parking as well.
On Tuesday I came to Arighi Bianchi and parked in the east car park. Walking into the store there were 2 members of staff loading furniture into a lorry for delivery. They greeted me with big smiles, they were very polite and welcoming - I hadn't even entered to store by that time - truly impressive.nnAs I walked through the store I was warmly greeted by every member of staff who was not serving another customer, I was asked if I needed help and one member of staff took me through to the bed area. Andrew went through the range of beds on offer and helped me to sort out what I wanted.nnOn Thursday I returned and had a very similar experience - warmly greeted and asked if I needed any help. I met Leon who took the order from me. He, like Andrew, was warm, friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable.nnOn both of my visits I have been very impressed with the level of customer service from every member staff - warm, welcoming and helpful - thank you so much
