When I win the euro millions this is where I'll buy all my furniture, carpets and home decor. Luxury furniture and homeware. Prices are well above the usual high street brands but the quality and craftsmanship is felt in every piece they sell. The shop itself is an old silk mill. A four storey building filled with sofas, dining tables, beds, carpets, rugs, home decor, candles, painting etc. You could definitely spend a couple of hours browsing. Cafe was great. Excellent service. Full cooked breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed by hubby. And my ploughman's sandwich was tasty and very filling. We also had large chunky chips that were fab. Breakfast until 11.30am. Brunch all day and mains from 11.30am. Free parking available. Staff were pleasant and polite. Great place to get some decor inspiration or to just pop in for something to eat.
First visit for many years. Impressed with store, purchased a chair and two mirrors. Also enjoyed a meal in the restaurant although it is not obvious that it is there?? No details at the entrance or in the lift. Overall an enjoyable visit.
I went to Arighi Bianchi this morning to look at flooring for my hallway. The gentleman that helped us had great knowledge and excellent advice about the different types and what would work best in our home.nnAll the staff we saw were friendly and the shop has a real welcoming feel to it.
We visited AB quite recently with photos to show a problem on one of our expensive dining chairs. We were informed that the supplier of the product does not do this range anymore and that the guarantee was only for a year, which is astonishing considering the cost and supposed quality of the items! Why do they deal with suppliers that only have one year guarantee’s on their products!?nAB had absolutely no interest in reimbursing us to any degree, which is so very disappointing considering the amount of times we have bought items from them over many years.nWe will most definitely be doing any future shopping away from this store!
I Ordered King prawn linguine this lunchtime..overcooked slimy spaghetti and 6soggy prawns..no garnish!served in a cereal bowl..terrible value for money..used the restaurant for 15 years..this is the worst meal I've ever been served!!the tuna melt sandwich my husband ordered was also terrible ..hard toast and unappetising.. we shall give the restaurant a miss in the future!!
