After looking around the web for garden furniture we decided to try Bridgman. We were greeted by Jonathan who proved to be exemplary in his approach to our needs, with no pushy sales pitch or dubious recommendations and promises. Instead he advised us in a professional, truthful and personable manner on all aspects of our purchase including realistic delivery dates. It was also refreshing to see that you can buy the individual pieces to suit your needs, rather than other firms who only want to sell full sets, possibly because they import their items. Overall, we would recommend Bridgman in Wilmslow and would like to commend Jonathan on his fantastic approach to customers, his enthusiasm and manner.
We went to Bridgman recently to road test the Snug self assembly sofa. From the moment we walked in the store manager Jonathan was the perfect example of great customer service - welcoming, not intrusive, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product we wanted to buy. We were so impressed that we chose to call back the next week and buy the sofa directly from him rather than online as he more than deserved the commission!
I’ve never had such a brilliant experience in a showroom - there was no pressure to buy anything but I did! and I was given the space to look around freely and try out the sofas in my own time. When I was ready, Jonathan answered every question I had, and ensured that I had the information I needed to make the right decision. When coming back the following week to make the purchase, Jonathan had remembered every little detail of what I was after and my current circumstances, and made the whole experience quick, enjoyable, and definitely one to recommend! It’s also worth noting that in the current COVID-19 climate every effort had been made in the showroom for social distancing and there was anti-bac hand sanitiser upon arrival. What could have been very stressful wasn’t at all!
Smallish shop with a good range on display, with access to much more stock. We saw the type of garden furniture we wanted in the shop & ordered the specific pieces from stock. Everything arrived within 5 days. Fantastic, friendly service!
Slightly biased review as I made a purchase, however the helpfulness of the staff and the range of products is something I need to compliment. Great selection and the SNUG sofa is flat packed v sir you can get into tricky spaces with it!
