A very pleasant experience. Pleased to discover the wide range of prices from reasonable to expensive to me anyway. And there were more bargains to be had in the sale. Staff were helpful when asked. The young woman in the Pause cafe was brilliant. Working solo and doing really well.
love this shop! great range of diy and decor items for arts & crafts. also an affordable coffee shop upstairs which provides great service and tasty treats ready to power you through your shop.
Call in this morning, had a lovely coffee. Staff very pleasant as always. The girl on the check out down stairs went above and beyond, as the staff usually do. Just a very chilled morning with excellent helpful staff.
Lots of lovely fabrics and stuff for the home. It's a great place to visit for inspiration. The cafes good too though takes a while to get served as usually short staffed but it's reasonably priced but food is nothing special, panini etc. You're not rushed though so that's a plus and they have a disabled toilet and a lift up to the cafe.
Lovely store, we go and purchase often. However it has become a lottery as to whether the cafe is open or not. Last experience the cafe would not serve meals or drinks as it 'closed' at 2pm. Two members of staff at the cafe said it was because of staff shortage?????.
