Went in to upgrade my phone. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Helped me find the best tariff to meet my budget and informed me of all the additional offers that I could get too. Also took the time to transfer my old data and explain the functions of the phone. Thank you!

Went to the O2 shop to upgrade my phone from Google pixel 4 to Google pixel 6 Love my new phone, & the best part is because O2 has merged with Virgin Media, as the Virgin account holder, l get double Data Now l have finger recognition unlock on my new device & well as the 4 digit pin code. Very nice young man that dealt with me All round win win

Went in for some advice staff were friendly and helpfull and sorted my problem
Rang up asked if it would be okay me coming at half 6 advertised closing is 7pm they said yeah thats fine it wont take more than half an hour. Turned up they was closed!! What a joke!! Avoid at all costs!!! Edit: Manager came to speak to me and was very apologetic and tried to help. Just frustrating when i called to confirm. Changed to two star because of the manager.
A bit of a wait because it was very busy, but the staff were friendly and helpful.
The person Muhammed at the store is extremely blunt and rude. The behaviour he showed was extremely bad and highly unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to go to the store. Please try and change the behaviour
