Bought this little beauties, she's totally adorable and very friendly. Recommend the service

I am not happy with my experience. I took my dog ​​for a bath and she came back with a hemorrhage in her eye caused by trauma. Pet at home was not responsible because the vet's report did not state that the cause was there, unfortunately I have no way of proving it because there are no recording cameras on site.

Messed up the notes on my pets files causing me to lose out on £500 from the insurance company. Then they refused to alter them or contact the insurance on my behalf to rectify the error. Bad enough losing a pet without being massively out of pocket

Not happy at all with my experience. We went in to buy a rabbit last week where we was told that we’d get an email in a couple of days to go and get vaccinated which is important as the rabbit is being kept outdoors which they knew when we brought him. We are now a week on and we’ve had to call up to ask to be told it’s being sent in the post today. Clearly they don’t know enough about their animals. Will not be buying another animal from pets at home in the future. They like to talk as if they know their stuff however whose fault will it be when our rabbit gets ill due to not getting his vaccine in enough time.

Amazing range of products in this big store. There was items for every pet you could need. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of product you receive. They also have a rewards scheme which is worthwhile. I will always go here for any of my pet needs.
