I've been going to Specsavers Ilkeston almost 10 years and have always had a good experience. Whether it be for my regular eye tests or if I've felt my sight has changed, I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The staff are outstanding! Super friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I haven't used their hearing services yet, but if I ever need them I will go straight to Specsavers. Highly recommend
I have always had a good experience over several years and recently I purchased some prescription sunglasses. They fitted perfectly and I was surprised as to the difference out in the glarenof the sun especially when driving. Very efficient staff and hardlynany waiting time plus quick service to receive my order. Only wish I had bought the sunglasses earlier.
I have been using this branch of Specsavers for nearly 10 years, always good service, but I think the branch has improved once again. Thanks Shen for the advice and thank you also for being so polite and helpful. Thank you to all the team at Specsavers Ilkeston.
Staff welcoming and attentive. No long waits even though the shop was rather busy. A great service provided in a relaxing manner, with no feeling of pressure while choosing new frames. Also provided helpful advice with frame options too.
