Food generally good. Can't believe you have closed the cafe and toilets though, I always see a lot of people in the cafennI questioned this with a member of staff and was told I could always go across to McDonald's or Starbucks. Not good customer relations
The food here is great, and they often have a “cake of the day,” which is a nice touch. Their bacon and sausage cobs are tasty and always done well.nnCustomer service is excellent. The staff are brilliant—friendly, helpful, and sometimes even up for a laugh when it’s not too busy.nnEven the atmosphere is good, with most customers being pleasant, which makes a refreshing change compared to other places.nnOverall, a great café experience with good food and welcoming staff.nBest of all Air conditioning.nNow that is worth paying extra for, but as the price is the same as other places, and not loud coffee machine noises like Costa. It is good place for people who suffer e.g headaches or have anxiety.
Love the food here but the staff make shopping here very difficult following my partner around the shop on several occasions because she has a pram with her like shes going to steal something actually focus on the people stealing instead of making a mum and baby feel harassed by staff following her around the shop. Go ilkeston M&S and you dont get this.
Friendly, helpful staff with great coffee but oh my does it get cold in there in the winter months which could puts some older customers off. It’s the staff that make this coffee shop a really pleasant experience.
No Toilets and no Cafe. Disappointing outlet.nLayout feels disjointed with recent removal of Cafe. Will not go again even though l have been using the food hall since it opened.
