Have trained at 7 gyms in total in Norwich (regular member at 4 of them) and this one is my overall favourite. Decent variety of equipment for all styles of training and a great community. Everyone of different backgrounds, shapes and sizes would feel comfortable training here. Felt like I was part of something from day 1. Excellent supplement range with fair prices too and you couldn't ask for better staff.

Poor customer service. I emailed to try and book a body composition test. I sent a range of dates I was available, and was offered a test on a day outside that range. I replied to ask what other dates were available, and today, a week later, I'm still waiting for somebody to bother replying.

I was also considering membership at this gym but if this is the standard of customer service then I won't be bothering.

I've been training with Matt now for six weeks and I'm amazed at the difference in my strength and form already. He's an excellent PT who you can tell is truly passionate about the industry and helping his clients achieve their very best. I wouldn't trust my training to anyone else now, Matt is the best PT I've ever worked with and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to not only reach, but surpass, their goals. Thank you Matt!

Great equipment and extremely helpful staff. By far the best gym I've been to. Everyone is very supportive and happy to give advice which is very rare in gyms these days

I've been a member at this gym for years and I have trained in most gyms in norwich.This is by far the best iv been to! The atmosphere is amazing and inspirational! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The members also are very welcoming! No troubles getting a spot and people sharing equipment. The equipment has just been updated which is a fantastic addition to the gym. Give it go if your thinking about, trust you will not look else where....
