I’ve been reading the reviews about the black receptionist before going there. And guess what? She didn’t let me down, same grumpy look and attitude. Just by the look of her face you can tell what kind of a person she is… I don’t know what she thinks of her self- your only a receptionist my dear…. If your reading this then let me tell you…. You make me sick!!!

My brother booked the appointment to get the sticker of the license but He could not attend if the car did not appear as taxed on the system, reason why he couldn’t attend the appointment yesterday.. nevertheless we went today and Mohammed I hope  it’s written correct, was super kind and helped us to get to verified and licensed quick !  also his friend in the postage office   thanks for the effort and efficiency ! Black lady with small brown/ golden hair who do not know what documents are required for change of ownership. Only original V5 was needed and she refused to book me in and asked me to bring other documents too. I brought copies and then she said copies are not accepted but doesn’t say on the website that copies are not acceptable. Appointment email also doesn’t say what documents are required. Very unprofessional

Its been three days I've been wanting to go to work but I can't because I need to book an appointment but when I call this number it says I am number 360 on the line, I waited for four hours and they said there no appointment available. I have four kids and have so many bills to pay please make it easier for people as online it's even worse to book.

Please avoid this centre if you don’t want to ruined your day. TFL only focus on taking money. Very bad service .

Lady on reception doesn't say Hello, doesn't say Goodbye, when i ask her Name she doesn't answer and she said to me NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS INSPECTION CENTRE, could someone explain  to me "How worst customer service" anyone meet there? How it possible that kind of people work there? The people who not respect any of customers. That's worst expirience for 10 years living in UK. TFL must to do something, to check their workers how they present themselves. Thanks.

Reception staff very rude, if someone have any problem with print out they don’t allow u to print even they have printer  just say state away book new appointment .

One black lady in the reception very kind and friendly she helped me level best she bring my life back very quickly nice service

I went to get my PCO badge renewed at this Center and they failed me due to not having my insurance document printed out even though I had it on my emails from my insurer . I had to pay £10 to the office across the test Center and handed it after 10 minutes but I was still failed . Also they failed me for my car having a bit of paint on my bumper which later on was disappeared by just waving it off . The lady working behind the counter with the glasses is the rudest person I’ve ever come across and ignorant . She told me she has no appointment till Monday for retest which was not true as I called TFL booking line right after leaving the building and I could get another appointment next day first thing in the morning . I won’t advise anyone going for test in this horrible Center

Avoid this place at all costs. They are not interested in solving your enquiry and want to make your process as difficult and frustrating as possible. Poor service, will never come back here
