Very poor customer service. I have used this post office a few times; it always has large queues and not enough staff to serve customers. You can go there any day or time, and there will be a queue. They need more staff to serve people quickly and efficiently.

Whilst I don't complain about the queues being long I do get offended by rude unhelpful staff. I had been told by another post office earlier how much it would cost to track a package to Italy. I needed to complete posting at Enfield post office. I was not feeling great and when the woman who served me requested approx £7.00 or £9.00 I queried it. She was not happy. I asked what the difference was as they were both tracked options. She gave a fed up eyes up and said one is only tracked part way the other is tracked all the way. I didn't really understand and she reluctantly repeated it. I asked if the package was guaranteed and she gruntingly said no it wasn't. I was eager to get away from this surly woman so paid up higher amount. I use this PO quite a lot but never had this delightful woman serve me before. I will aim to avoid this place next time. Shame because other staff are very nice.

Best post office to go to for post office financial help and advice. Their financial advice lady is really helpful and friendly and explains everything clearly.

Not good. Sssoooooo slooowww!!!!! Been in a few times. Full queue and yet they send off staff for a break?? Typical customer service people!! Need extensive happiness/customer service training. URGENTLY. Wont let you have a piece of sellotape/stapler/staples for one parcel, one staple, one piece of sellotape you have to buy in the shop!!! If there was another post office in walking distance i would go elsewhere. Serious issues. Need to be addressed!!

Long queues to get served, so allow yourself plenty of time. Quite amazing seeing this is a main post office and it's under staffed. I try to avoid this post office as it's slow. Been here a few times and nothing changes.
