I only gave one star because there is no option to give no starts. I can see many people had the same issue with them. Online or through the automated services-registering for council tax is a disaster. To get someone on the phone is very difficult. I man told me that I can ONLY do this online. I do know it is not true as I have just managed to sort it out on the phone. It is very sad that the workers there do not know the difference between encouraging people to do something online or that would be the only choice. When I asked what his name was as I wanted to make a complaint he simply put the phone down on me.... Very very unprofessional and they get paid for this on our tax money. Very very upsetting

Thieving traffic wardens literally sniping people with those cheapy cars loaded with cameras..... Like dirty scruffy rats jumping in and out plastering parking tickets ignoring society like zombies..... Who and what are these degenerates thst do this job I'll never know. You know who you are .... Creepy creeps, outcasts of society ... Yuck! Disgusting beings... Found one parked on a yellow line for 20 minutes giving tickets. I asked him why he was parked there and he replied I'm only here for 20 minutes....

70% of the people in the Borough of Enfield opposed the cycle lanes scheme. But Enfield council decided to go ahead without the approval from the public. It took over £40 millions and over 1 year to complete the works. During this time businesses and Business owner on Green lanes and Palmer's Green have lost over 60% of their business with this disruption. A number of business owners have closed down and are closing as a result of this decision. More traffic congestion and pollution on the roads and buses can no longer pull into the gap to make way for traffic causing more congestion. Passengers getting off the buses are now facing a problem when they get off the bus that they may get hit and injured from passing Cyclists. This decision was not carefully thought out. Trying to get in contact with council by phone is no longer an option because no one seems to be picking up the calls. Last year the borough made cut backs on the waste recycling green bins to be collected fortnightly as a result of this in the summer time when it gets hot the stench of the wind blowing a disgusting aroma is unbearable in most of the areas, including Southgate roundabout and Palmers Green and Enfield High Street. No commons sense. Useless borough making cut backs on hygiene issues and housing while they spend money on Cycle lanes. Shocking.

It’s impossible to get hold of them on the phone line . They even hang up the phone 3 times ofter waiting... On my bill the postcode is wrong and so to say my can not acces my online account because the reference says is wrong.

The worst council. Website is awful and unusable and if you have an issue expect a 12 month response time. Funding cuts or not, there is no service provided here whatsover
