It's used now as a walk-in Covid-19 test centre. The test is free and you get results in an hour or two, but is not the one. you need to travel abroad. Still good to go back to work.
The staff are so helpful. Sometimes waiting time is long but its to be expected with the vast and varied situations they deal with everyday. it would be nice to see more staff on.

They make you wait all day and at the end of the day when it's 5 o clock then you can see someone. But she doesn't help you either.
I got a flat in feb this year after just 2 hours with the help of my social worker, the staff are impossible and treat u like s*it and it takes so long to get a place, i had to have a mental breakdown and get sectioned to actually get a place i was waiting 2 years b4 that to get help
They only help families and vulnerable Homeless people you have to meet the quieter
It’s not too bad I’ve seen worst, but you have to be patient sometimes service users get angry and raise their voices but that’s due to frustration, some staff members are rude and the queue at the front door is very off putting
Horrible staff! They treat you like s*it! They talk to you like if you were stupid! I hate this place!
They treat you like animals where is the useless staff u can find in there
Wow these people are rude and do not listen. Keep asking you the same question and when your homeless that is the last thing you want. Bunch of unhelpful advisors.
