They looked after my mother for palliative care and were the most caring and considerate team. We will never forget their kindness.
They couldn't check my injured elbow on Saturday morning. Wondering if it was really open as I could see staff inside lot of cars in the staff parking. Travelled 40 minutes for nothing.
Every time you ring reception you get a recorded message asking you to ring back in 30 minutes but you still get the same message and no call back!
Excellent experience, couldn't fault anything, staff fantastic
