I am Peter's wife, Diane. I am absolutely furious that even though I paid the parking fee when I was there on 21st March 2018 and was well within the time limit, I have received a Parking Charge Notice for £60- £ 100 if I do't pay within 28 days. I no longer have the ticket as I cleaned out my car so cannot prove I paid. I am going to fight this. There must be a fault with the machine. I had to enter my car reg before the ticket was issued.

Car park charge of 60 quid even though I paid at the time...... not able to prove I paid to park there even though I have still got charged. Don't go there by car

I had a question concerning my appointment at the maternity service. First of all it is very difficult to reach someone of the maternity staff via phone so I went there personally. The lady at the main entrance was very unpolite and arrogant giving me the impression that my question was stupid or impudent. Maybe because I'm German and not yet aquainted to the English system.
