North Somerset Council transport section are incompetent people, they won't change my son's bus - no matter it be escort or vehicle. I want to see changes HAPPEN to the BUS, or my son will punch the boring and unwanted escort in the face again.

To my great surprise, the North Somerset Council parking department were very fair/efficient in their communications with me, I had a very stressful situation to deal with and the member of staff Becky was extremely efficient to resolve the complex issue very effectively. MUST GIVE CREDIT WHEN IT IS DUE. Very refreshing in these stressful days. Firm but Fair council.
i have been phoning every day about my missed waste collection and have recieved false promises every time saying it will be picked up, they couldnt care less for people, this council needs to all be sacked and replaced with people who care, waited 20 minutes on phone and then they just hung up, disgusting
Nothing seems to work with this Council. They moan about previous administrations, but the current crop are heading a useless organisation. They lack clarity, sending messages that are self seeking, Clevedon Sea Front being a case in point. Today I have tried on numerous occasions to telephone them, only for the phone system to crash after one ring. Seeking to contact via online, the system refuses to allow me to specify my location,Portishead, when asked for my Post Code. Frustration is the core mantra of this incompetent group.
1 have been trying to phone about council tax energy rebate have received nothing they have had my details for nearly 4 weeks still no payment it is hopeless trying to phone them i spent hours on the phone i was close to having a nervous breakdown nobody answered awful customer service.
Rang to report an issue, no reply, rang again to report the fact nobody replied, was told again someone will get back to me, no reply, contacted the misnomer that is customer services to say that no-one got back to me, again told, someone will get back to you, guess what! These people are completely unaccountable and out of control, we pay their wages!!!! Just wrong
Very poor service when trying to renew my mother's garden waste collection service. I was actually trying to pay them the money took ages to get to correct person. Disgraceful
Can never get through to anyone. I've been ringing every other day for well over a month to sort their mistake on a council tax bill.... I give up after 2 hours just ringing. Worst service from a county council I've ever dealt with.
They have my council tax bill grossly incorrect and I try to call them every day to sort it and there is never anyone available to answer. They will be quick to call me a criminal when their bill isn’t paid.
