Why have a telephone system that takes an age to get through and then hangs up, useless!!!!!
no help luck of any communications , waist of time and taxpayers money , should be close no point to have something in place if they don't know what they do, and call them self a work coach please save people frustration
Well run Job Centre in the town centre. From my experience the advisers are helpful and make every effort to advise and assist. The place is quite small so easy to navigate your way around and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
I can honestly say that the quality of customer service that I have received from job centre staff is excellent. Always helpful and courteous - thank you!
Very slow to answer the phone. Took over an hour to get to speak to an operator!!
Dont know their ass from their elbow, honestly .... Explain being a sole trader to someone and they think your a multi-national limited company!! The JobCentre has helped me to get a job and have also helped me after. If you need help then this is the best place to go for employment etc.
Staff that are helpful and try their best to find you what your looking for
