I did my first driving test here and passed. I would like to say a big thanks to my examiner Steve. His instructions were quite clear and he was patient and professional to explain me the test result at the end of the test. Thanks a lot.
Passed on my second try, however chances of passing if you have a man called Dave as the examiner and your name sounds like mine are slim/non existent. Sorry to say, but you've failed before you've started if you get him.
Passed my test here, would like to thank Dave the examiner I had, he was friendly and approachable, definitely recommend doing your test here.
The service here is appalling I had a perfect drive and I still failed. The instructor ever since I entered the car seemed as though he was always going to to fail me. He made no conversation . He constantly reminded me that I needed to pay attention even when I had been the entire time. I didn't stall once i indicated perfectly and the instructor still decided to fail me. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the behaviour of the rude instructor that I had . If it had been any other instructor I feel I would have been treated with some fairness and given a better looking . I do not reccomend this driving centre I feel if you want to be treated like a human being please go to Bristol.
Had a driving test here, unfortunately I failed but my examiner was the absolute best. Could not have asked for such a nice, understanding gentleman to coast me through the test and review my mistakes at the end. I cannot remember his name but even though I failed, it definitely did not make me feel useless on the road. Obviously disappointed in my result but examiner was wonderful! Would highly recommend them at the test centre. Although the test parking spaces were small and that black gate was horrendous and terrifying to get out of, he never made me feel anxious or tense. Thank you sir for the experience, and I hope I have you next time!!!
Very efficient. Friendly instructors who explain the test process clearly. Disabled access and parking. Toilets available. Comfortable reception with information to read and music to listen to while you wait.
Professional and well run, my daughter took her test here today and passed. The examiners were on time, polite and friendly
Recently failed for 3rd time - "driving too slowly" - 30 in a 40 zone??! No other issues. Seems unfair. Wonder if they are just looking to generate more income!
