Chef Patron, Joanna, who lives in the West End and has over 20 years’ experience in the catering and drinks trade, has designed the food & drink offering to provide a stylish, quality experience throughout the daytime and into the evening. With a selection of brunch, hot drinks and light lunches during the day, and a full dinner menu from 6pm, North Bar & Kitchen will focus on freshly prepared food, all cooked onsite and sourced where possible from local suppliers.
We've chosen to have an open kitchen so that our professional chefs (including one of the owners) can all be seen preparing the food. Our ethos is that all our dishes will be made on site. Everything is freshly bought and prepared on the premises with seasonal produce.
